Aaron Wolfe, Co-Founder

Aaron Wolfe is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and capital markets executive with a long-standing focus on partnering with founders and entrepreneurs to accelerate growth and drive long-term value creation across private and public markets. 

Aaron earned an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, is a graduate of the Wharton ESG Executive Program for Senior Leaders, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.  He began his career in consulting with Mercer before transitioning to investment banking at Orion Securities (later Macquarie Capital Markets Canada). In 2009, he shifted to principal investing, spending more than a decade evaluating businesses, structuring transactions, and executing transformative growth capital solutions globally alongside merchant banks, family offices, and strategic partners. Throughout his career, Aaron has held senior executive leadership positions, including serving as a Board Director and Named Executive Officer for multiple private and publicly listed companies. 

In 2021, Aaron co-founded SagePoint Capital Partners, where he currently serves as Partner, supporting the deployment of investment capital and strategic advisory solutions to assist small- and mid-cap companies in unlocking growth and realizing their long-term strategic potential. 

Across his career, Aaron has been a founder or early investor in five companies that have each grown to exceed $1 billion in enterprise value. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is committed to creating positive impact through mentorship, professional development, community involvement, and non-profit leadership.
